Paperbacks from Hell: A History of Horror Fiction from the '70s and '80sPaperbacks from Hell: A History of Horror Fiction from the ’70s and ’80s by Grady Hendrix
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What a wonderful book. Packed with book covers from the 70’s and 80’s, “Paperbacks from Hell” takes you on a nostalgic trip of horror. I loved every minute of it.
Hendrix strikes the right cord of horror, nostalgia, and humor, as he walks us through the bizarre tales of my youth. This book really brought back some memories of splurges made with allowance money.
In addition to being a fun read, “Paperbacks from Hell” is a beautiful book. I intend to leave this one of the coffee table through Halloween.
