(4 stars out of 5)

Ok, its zombies and football, that’s all you need to know.

“Play Dead’ is a fast paced dark comedy by Ryan Brown. The story is set in the Texas highschool football culture where football is basically a religion. The Killington Jackrabbits, lead by Cole Logan, are closing in on a district championship. However; the rival Elmwood Badger team sends the Jackrabbits bus into a river killing the team.

Dark Mona, a mysterious witch, raises the team from the dead in time for the game.  A game that the Jackrabbits must win!

Why must the Jackrabbits win the game? Who cares about minor details in the story. It’s zombies and football for crying out loud people! Thats all you need to know.

All in all, its loads of fun.

I give it 4 zombie football players out of 5.
