Ghost hunting with more than ten people in a location isn’t going to produce evidence satisfactory for a serious investigator. There’s too many things you can’t control in a crowd. I prefer not to have more than three people even in one room. But, I suspect that meeting Chip Coffey and having him tell stories for hours would be worth it.
Chip puts on a good front, but he really smells fake to me. You ever seen him do anything unexplainable?
